It is reported that the selection of this list adopts the "PRIMB" model pioneered by the Green Real Estate Research Center of China Real Estate News, which is specifically developed from five dimensions: policy compliance of enterprise green practices, fulfillment of environmental and social responsibilities, green innovation, environmental information disclosure, and green market benefits.

Based on the research team's annual data collection, big data research, as well as holding green real estate developer symposiums, online salons, questionnaire surveys, online surveys, character interviews, and project field visits, a comprehensive analysis and evaluation were conducted on nearly 200 companies, which took nearly half a year to select.
